This two week course prepares students to write and present lesson plans in a law enforcement setting. Topics will include legal considerations during searches, use of force standards, weapons and flashlight handling, room entry and clearing, hallway and stairway movement, and encountering others during a search. Equipment needed: Officers will prepare and present instruction in the operation of RADAR and LiDAR devices. It will focus on full shooting scene processing and report writing.
